This cottage is very PRIVATE, stand-alone Chalet, open plan, warm in winter, cool in summer with a heat/cool pump.

There is up-to-date information on where to go, what to do, bus timetables etc.

This is a quiet paradise close to the city.

There will be one queen size bed ready for you on your arrival unless you request for the sofa bed to be made up for an extra charge.

Arriving in the wee hours of the morning is no problem as the chalet has a separate access and self checkin is available.

There is a boutique Craft Beer pub "Pomeroy's" just 3-4 mins walk, Quality breakfasts are available. Only a 400m walk to the local supermarket. Thai, Indian, Philipino, Chinese, Fish n Chips, two gas stations with the cheapest Petrol/Diesel in Christchurch. Cafes and vege markets are all within a 500m radius of the "Cabbage Tree Retreat" - but you don't hear any of the busy surrounds because you are in a bush clad area. Very quiet!
